When developing the shape of the product, Naturtex tried to preserve the original pillow shape. The memory foam - viscoelastic polyurethane foam - inside the pillow was developed by NASA in the 60's. Their goal was to provide optimal body posture and weight distribution in spaceship seats, even in extreme conditions. Since the 90's it has been widely used in healthcare and at the households.
